You can expect to hear original songs from his upcoming album due in Spring 2022 and classic country hits.

    Ben & Ed

    June 22, 2022  5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Ben Monkaba is a musician and entertainer with Williams Syndrome. His unusually sunny personality coupled with his innate musicality make him a natural performer who is happiest when he is making others happy. He sings and sometimes plays spoons, drums, and even a little jig doll named Little Red. And every now and then one of his two clown personas, Big Red or Choo Choo the Clown, make a cameo appearance. Ed Roseman chimes in with some singing and accompanies him on guitar and sometimes clarinet.

Their personal and musical rapport, their versions of popular songs from the ’50s through the ’70s, novelty songs, clever and sometimes quirky medleys, cheesy jokes and banter… are all guaranteed to raise a smile. And no other act delivers the slightly risqué answer to the pressing question that few even know to ask: “What IS the untold story of Frère Jacques and Sweet Georgia Brown, anyway?”

A splendid time is guaranteed for all.

Tail Light Rebellion w/ Special Guests Swamp Rats

    October 27, 2022  5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Tail Light Rebellion is an amalgamation of roots music genres, incorporating styles from Irish, Slavic, Canadian, and American folk music. Started as a one man band, this project blossomed into what is now a folk dance band that has been called a melding of Tom Waits, Bruce Springsteen, and The Pogues.
Consisting of an acoustic guitar player who sits upon a homemade suitcase drum kit, and accordion/keyboard- the rich tones, moving rhythms, dynamic leads, and righteous harmonies will not disappoint.

Opening for them is Swamp Rats
Swamp Rats take intricate claw hammer banjo and blends it with a driving punk rhythm fronted by gritty & soothing harmonizing vocals. Some have said the music sounds like a type of haunted that makes them happy. Folk with an edge is what most people say about Florida's "Phantom" folk band Swamp Rats.
