Acoustic Mayhem is what can only be called a "Power Duo". No Drums, just 2 guys making a lot of sound for just a guitar player & a bassist/uke player.

Originally formed back in the 90's. They played together for around 8 years & released numerous albums in cassette & CD form (No 8-tracks).

After going their separate ways for years, occasionally doing a one off reunion gig. Now they are back! Still up to their old shenanigans of finding the Blues in whatever style of music they do.

Besides being called a power duo. Their music can best be described as Hot Tuna meets the Smothers Brothers on acid playing Robert Johnson & Willie Dixon. While delivering free form jazz comedy as interpreted by Lenny Bruce & George Carlin ...

Orb Mellon mines the raw energy of 20th Century American roots music, particularly whiskey fueled house party delta blues. Influenced by the likes of Bukka White, Junior Kimbrough, and John Fahey, Orb Mellon performs pure, sonically aggressive, and ever transforming original folk blues, free from any quaintness or historicism, prompting one early reviewer to identify Orb Mellon’s work simply as “blues in all its primeval glory.”

Tom Shields is a dynamic performer and vocalist, on acoustic guitar, Backed up by Barely Standing comprised of veteran musicians, Harry Harrison on bass, Don Calsyn, fiddle and mandolin, Paul Conz on drums! This band is a crowd pleaser! What sets the band apart from most acts is a fiddle taking on the lead instrumental role, in place of electric guitar, or key board! The band has it own flair on rock, country covers and Tom's originals!

David Clark Carroll grew up playing music in Boston, first discovering bluegrass in college at the Philadelphia Folk Festival where he saw pioneering flat picker Doc Watson and newgrass legends Sam Bush and David Bromberg. Daring Coyotes is based around original material by David and live is an improvisational experience, going deep on original and traditional tunes with a modern flair, highlighted on the recent album Odyssey of the Far West. Inspired by mandolin/guitar duet albums such as Shady Grove, Blake & Rice and Doc & Dawg, this collection of original songs by David is filtered through traditional sensibilities and based on progressive songwriting and hard driving instrumentals.

Respecting the great tradition of blues music, while putting its own spin on it, the Memphis Flyers play classic and contemporary songs from artists such as Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Charlie Musselwhite, Sonny Boy Williamson, Buddy Guy and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The band is fronted by WMUA blues DJ  and local blues legend Stew MacLeod, who has wowed crowds on harmonica and vocals on bills with musicians including B.B. King, Buddy Guy and Junior Wells, James Cotton, Albert Collins, Wilson Pickett, (who he has performed with), Johnny Winter, George Thorogood  and many more. Other band members include Valley veterans Joshua Leach, lead guitar, vocals; Andy Vengrove, drums; and Dangerous Pete, Fender bass.

Josh Wachtel regards music as a fundamental mystery and a practical means of connection, growth, and change. His repertoire draws from a broad range of American roots and rhythm, as well as select songs from around the world. His songwriting is influenced by social movements, psychology, history, and the blues. Josh has recorded eight albums as leader of the band Radio Free Earth. During this acoustic afternoon with Josh and his current band of merry mischief makers, expect the unexpected.

Melissa Brinton is a singer/songwriter from Berkshire county who plays fingerstyle guitar. She plays original music as well as many well known covers from throughout the ages. Her style ranges from folk, jazz, rock, Irish, pop, the Golden Oldies to the hits of the 60's, 70's and 90's. Feel free to make requests!

His iconic band Paranoise's album Ishq was on the long list for a Grammy in the World Fusion category.He is the inventor of the LAOUTAR, a unique mandocello/Greek lute hybrid, on which he will perform his growing repertoire of solo pieces.

Jerry Ezold, grew up in a family of very well known of musicians in Holyoke. Jerry and his “brothers” who often join him, have been playing together since they were kids. They all dove into Celtic music at an early age and played at many Holyoke functions during the months of February and March, leading up to Holyoke’s big St. Patrick’s Day Parade! After taking many years off the music scene to raise his 3 children, Jerry is back to his passion of creating music. Now concentrating on folk and various types of other acoustic music. Also writing songs, as well as getting back to picking mandolin and banjo.

New Fallen Day is an acoustic duo, that plays popular cover songs from the 60's til the present, featuring vocal harmonies, uptempo rockers, and ballads.

Tony Bernardo is a singer/songwriter based in Florence, MA. He specializes in looping guitar and vocals. He is also the lead singer and songwriter in the local dance pop band, Fever

Tom Savoy is a performing music artist and singer/songwriter residing in Western Massachusetts. He's played well over a thousand shows in regional venues, including nearly 500 at the Lion's Den in Stockbridge, mostly as a solo singer accompanying himself on acoustic guitar. He also appears regularly with The Savoy Duo or Trio. His extensive repertoire exceeds 1000 songs that uniquely mine a wide range of musical styles, from pop, folk, rock, alt and country, piquing audiences with very broad tastes.

As a multi-instrumental recording artist, Tom and longtime producer/friend Wes Talbot have built an ever expanding catalog of original song recordings over a number of years. In a unique relationship employing two studios, the process begins at Studio 81 where Tom writes all music and lyrics while recording all instruments and vocals. When ready, those tracks are then transferred to Wes' studio for final mixing and mastering. There are currently 60+ mastered recordings offered in high resolution MP3s posted at tomsavoy.com.

In 2016, Tom and Wes formally announced the formation of their own publishing Company, Twelve Days Apart Publishing (BMI). They simultaneously released 4 full length CDs, each featuring 13 original superbly mastered song recordings with full printed lyrics and tasty packaging. That “Box Set” is available in “The Store”at tomsavoy.com , or at live shows. A fifth CD, Higher Road, is currently in production and due for release soon.

Her sound is heavily influenced by late 90s, early 00s, and Lilith Fair artists - Sheryl Crow, Fiona Apple, and Natalie Merchant are some of her favorites. You can expect to hear a mix of rock, pop, and folk covers as well as a few originals.
